I chose to photograph a ceramic Cinderella carriage as well as a Cinderella figurine that my mom painted for me in the year 2000. These objects have a lot of significance to me because it took my mom many days to paint because of all the detail that it has. It is my favorite thing because Cinderella was always my favorite Disney movie since I was a young girl. I also have other Cinderella figurines, ornaments, etc. I photographed the figurine and carriage from above as well as from an "ant's view." I also photographed details of the carriage and Cinderella's dress trim. I used the standard setting on my camera. I chose to photograph the objects on my granite counter-top because I wanted to make it look like the floor of a fancy palace instead of on a plain white sheet that would blend in with the carriage. I tried to compose my photographs with mostly the object in the picture with only a little bit of negative space (counter-top.) Depth is also seen in my pictures on the first one because of the wheels and the fifth one where Cinderella is in the foreground and the carriage behind her.
